I know I can select the line and then click the HANG UP button after I pick up the line, but was just wondering... Or is there some way to force the call to forward dial out to another line? (like if i come to the computer and see that VG is taking a call, can i do anything that would interupt VG script and transfer the call to another line that i can then pick up and answer? thanks in advance. : ) Share this post Link to post

It's not possible to detect if some other handset attached to the same phone line is picked up. But you could design a script in such a way that from every module it goes to a hangup module when a certain DTMF key is pressed. Then after you pick up a handset just press that key (say *) and VoiceGuide will detect that key and hangup, and then you will be able to speak with the caller uninterrupted.
